Mayflower Lineage
White's Landing History
White's Landing was founded in 2001 by descendants of the Mayflower's White Family. William & Susanna (Fuller) White came to Plymouth, MA 1620 aboard the Mayflower with young son Resolved. Son Peregrine was soon born aboard the Mayflower while in Plymouth Harbor.
Resolved's grandchildren by daughters Anna (John Hayward) and Elizabeth (Obediah Wheeler) came to Brookfield MA circa 1700 during the Town's second settlement. Anna's children: George (Hannah Chadwick), Judith (Philip Goss), Marcy (Thomas Brown), John, Sarah (John Grosvenor) and Elizabeth's son Samuel Wheeler (Joanna Walcott) were among the early settlers.
The goal of White's Landing today is to acknowledge the sacrifice and perseverance of our ancestors and to celebrate "The Brookfields" so rich in history and nature.
